ABOUT

SIERRA SEETIN

Sierra Seetin is a filmmaker with a strong academic background, graduating with a 4.0 GPA from The Clinton High School. She thrived in the International Baccalaureate program and was honored as a POSSE New York Scholar for her leadership. Currently, she is pursuing a dual major in business and film at Wheaton College Massachusetts.

Over the past year, Sierra has gained diverse filmmaking experience through the Ghetto Film School, a Bronx-based fellowship program spanning 30 months. She has directed and written three short films and recruited for sound design on the GFS Frick project. Her short film Grounded was a finalist at the 5th Annual New York City Public School Film Festival and was featured at the Museum of New York.

As a biracial woman with a passion for technology, Sierra is particularly interested in integrating cutting-edge tech into her sci-fi filmmaking projects, blending her creative vision with innovative tools.
